60ml Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
4 Dashes Original Pick-Me-Up
Method
Put some ice in a cocktail glass and swirl it vigorously for 30-40 seconds, discard the ice cubes leaving some of the water behind, and add the Pick-Me-Up. Swirl again and add the gin. As this drink is solely comprised of gin and bitters, you will want a very cold glass and perhaps a more mellow gin.
